With Mach3/Mach4, we can easily automate any manual CNC process like drilling, engraving, jewelry cutting, Lathe and even complex tool machining in 5-axis. Automation using Adtech controllers for 3/4-axis applications.

Orion has designed and time tested its own controllers for cut to length applications. This includes bag cutting and sealing machines, hot foil stamping machines, Label indexers, MS wire feeding and bending, 2-axes linear interpolation controller for X-Y tables.

Orion has customized many non-standard applications as well. In such cases we can custom design our controllers which have added inputs and outputs.
