Collar-Band Cutting Machine is another Special Purpose machine automated using Orion control system. This is an automated feeding machine which is stepper controlled. A fixed/settable length of card-paper is fed through a set of rollers. Relay outputs activate a pneumatic valve movement, resulting in 150 pieces of collars per minute.
