Collapsible tube filling and sealing machines require proper orientation of tube before paste is filled and tube is sealed. Orion Electronics offers complete package for this application.  This includes motors, sensors and stepper motor drive with controls.  This has many advantages over conventional method of using clutch and breaks.  To name few are no more slippage, regular maintenance of break settings or heavy rejection.  Stepper motor gives you control on speed and hence possibility of going for higher production.

Operation Principal

Drive and control provides necessary power to sensor and motor. Start signal is given from proxy and stepper motor starts rotating the tube and colour mark sensor look for mark stops motor instantaneously.
